My mother and I went for lunch here for the first time and apsolutly loved it! Gorgeous seating with fantastic lighting, the sweetest staff I think I've ever met, and the food was incredible! We enjoyed the homemade lasagne and the carbonara, a pot of tea and a mango smoothie, all of which were apsolutly perfect! Fantastic portions that left us feeling stuffed, and again, such kind and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!!!
Our meals were served quickly and we're very tasty. The Masala grilled fish was amazing! We also had in our party butter chicken and a pumpkin salad. All were excellent. Drink prices were very very reasonable. The restaurant lacked a bit in atmosphere but it was a quiet night. Highly recommended
Had lunch at Flames last Sunday with my family. We ordered steak, masala grilled fish, biriyani, and kids meals. All were excelled in both presentation and taste. This place is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy a mix of well-prepared cuisines. Great atmosphere and really spacious indoor seating. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend 👌
We weren’t sure where to go for a meal toniggt (and a Sunday night too) while in town and we stumbled across this restaurant in Duggan St. I’m so glad we did because it was divine! We ordered the Parmi and Thai beef salad and both were full of flavour, cooked to perfection, perfect portions. And just down right scrumptious! We will definitely be back! Definitely family friendly too.
The food was really good. My husband and I ordered Gnocchi and Lamb Shank. Atmosphere was nice as well. Staff are really friendly, will definitely come again!

Flames Cafe perfect stop after 2 hr drive to Toowoomba. Got park out front and hungry for yummy breakfast. Staff very welcoming and ordered a bacon and egg Quesadilla and pineapple juice . Prompt service . Friendly relaxing atmosphere. Really enjoyed breakfast at Flames Cafe.
Lovely cafe with friendly staff. Food was great for a cafe and reasonably priced. The highlight was the prawn and pea purée which was well balanced and visually stunning. The ribs was soft and juicy with a good smoky bbq flavour. Chips was crispy. The Thai beef salad was refreshing and the noodle gave the salad a nice pop. Staff was attentive whilst busy. They even gave a free ice cream to one of our kid who didn’t order a kids meal as she had a large breakfast and only wanted a cheese cake for lunch. Food was served promptly. Online reservation worked well.
We ordered the rump steak, cooked medium rare — it was juicy, tender, and melted in the mouth. Perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this place for a great all-in-one dining experience!
Fabulous Restaurant, Located on Duggan Street near the corner of Margaret Street Toowoomba. Quite a Spacious Restaurant with lots of seating options. Has a well thought out Menu. Offering something for pretty much everyone. Received friendly and helpful service from the young ladies. Ordered the Garlic Prawns and a Rump Steak. The Garlic Prawns were Delicious. The Steak Cooked to Perfection. The Vegetables were good and crunchy. The Mash was a bit lacking flavour, which the Pepper Sauce rectified. A Very Enjoyable Dining Experience.
